Chatters as a company could benefit if they took the time to get feedback from people actually working in the stores. Daily routines are fairly easy and enjoyable depending on one's management team. unfortunately the current, manager and district manager team my store has been given don't care about employee's well being and would rather see us suffer, quit or replace even the longest standing employees just so they don't have to reward good work with promotions or raises. The same management team takes no issue blaming their mistakes on us and can't own up to when they've done something wrong. As far as making friends, it was easy at this location but I know that is not the case for all locations however every location I've been to has had many great individuals who are open and friendly to new hires. overall I've met some of the best co-workers I've ever had, some of the worst management and a company that promotes a false positivity and could care less about the environment, money and lives of the people they expect to promote that positivity.
