Is a good idea to ask as many questions as possible during the interview so you will know what to expect when hired. The working hours are long because they expect you to work double shift when someone don't show up on the next shift. And they won't ask you if you can stay, but tell you that have to stay to cover the shift,

I would clean up HR by hiring some forward thinking people advocates who could be heard within the hierarchy. I would ask the CEO and COO to spend time working at the retirement homes to see just what these folks go through. The management team is too far removed from the actual process of caring for seniors. $$$

Don’t interview for the position of a Dietary aside/SERVER. If you do - you will be eye witness to multiple occasions of Jason Livermore’s lousy training skills including not knowing answers you may have and having to go look them up.
