Good place to learn. Good people to work for.Great training program. They just don't pay well.I suppose if you lived in the truck and had no family you could do alright. You do get your own truck, and equipment is very nice.

A great company to work for. Very knolidgable and helpful. Pay could be better. Trucks are well maintained. Satellite communications, electronic logs.

I enjoyed my time there provided state of the art equipment and facilities Personalised dispatch 24/7 Lots of miles and very little waiting time I would recommend Challenger Motor Freight as a great company to work for The only reason I left was so I can make it home to Sault ste marie on a regular basis

Great equipment to work with. Management is very two faced and only care about themselves and their position at whatever cost to you. They will pretend like they care and give you all the stories you want to hear but trust me to not trust them. Lots of work if you are flexible and open to working on different boards (containers, automotive, open board). Pay is garbage and benefits are middle of the road at best. No incentive for tenure except an increase in vacation pay percentage. Pension available but fully funded by you. Excellent Christmas parties and a few free bbqs throughout the year. Office staff are truly way underpaid and it shows through lack of knowledge and understanding and experience. All the long term, good employees have long left and ones that are still there, should’ve left years ago and are pretty crusty (putting it nicely) Very corporate mentality here with the bottom line being the ultimate goal.

Low pay no retirement plan. Company pushed drivers to max hours and time does not respect home life. The load must be delivered putting safety aside dispatch will falsify documents to get load delivered driver must be diligent to catch this or will end up with fines. Job starts off good with recruiting and training they tell you all the good stuff make you feel as if your in the perfect world after that you are tossed to the wolves(dispatch and driver managers) where it is the total opposite. If you run team open board you get mileage if you run single they say they guarantee 5000 miles biweekly you only get that if you do Toyota otherwise be prepared to just sit and wait as all priority is given to teams. Company does not care about drivers will ask you to do unsafe practices to get load delivered always the drivers fault and their safety department is a joke. Company only cares about itself very very high turnover
