Decent place to work. But they don’t pay well. They have brand new trucks but they don’t pay well. The repair shop in Cambridge us an absolute disaster they don’t fix things on time

Safety oriented, a good company for the disciplined. Always pay on time. No pressure dispatch. Weekends home plus few nights during the week. Well maintained equipment and clean yard. Nice facility.

What is the best part of working at the company?Well it’s a solid company. The equipment is well maintained What is the most stressful part about working at the company?You’re constantly being monitored. They don’t let you drive. It’s like someone is constantly looking over your shoulderWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Not great they have their own driving school so they have a lot of new drivers and it shows. They handle the veteran drivers like we’re newWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?I no drove long haul on a dedicated run 6 days a week I got burned out in 6 months
