Low pay.

Good place to learn. Good people to work for.Great training program. They just don't pay well.I suppose if you lived in the truck and had no family you could do alright. You do get your own truck, and equipment is very nice.

Challenger Motor Freight

I enjoyed my time there provided state of the art equipment and facilities Personalised dispatch 24/7 Lots of miles and very little waiting time I would recommend Challenger Motor Freight as a great company to work for The only reason I left was so I can make it home to Sault ste marie on a regular basis

Terrible management, terrible pay, nice equipment, somewhat flexible schedule

Great equipment to work with. Management is very two faced and only care about themselves and their position at whatever cost to you. They will pretend like they care and give you all the stories you want to hear but trust me to not trust them. Lots of work if you are flexible and open to working on different boards (containers, automotive, open board). Pay is garbage and benefits are middle of th...
