Leading company in the industry, will be around for a longtime. They know the right formula to be a great company to work for. The owner even with thousands of employees still hits the road in his truck once in a while. He keeps up to date with what driver's have to deal with. Comment décririez-vous lenvironnement de travail et la culture dans lentreprise?
Work environment was similar to working in a sweat shop - no talking, no cell phones, maximum output for low wages. We (safety and compliance) were called into ridiculous meetings with HR and management over cell phone use. Constantly being told that we talked too much. Management monitored all our Teams conversations. Terrible place to work.Posée le 7 juin 2017
