The biggest challenge is that you are really at the mercy of the trucking industry from a pricing standpoint. As such, when rates are up it is a fun place to work. When they are down, it is a challenge to hit targets and you are at the mercy of your pricing team.Posée le 3 février 2019

Comment décririez-vous lenvironnement de travail et la culture dans lentreprise?
Work environment was similar to working in a sweat shop - no talking, no cell phones, maximum output for low wages. We (safety and compliance) were called into ridiculous meetings with HR and management over cell phone use. Constantly being told that we talked too much. Management monitored all our Teams conversations. Terrible place to work.Posée le 7 juin 2017
