Work environment was similar to working in a sweat shop - no talking, no cell phones, maximum output for low wages. We (safety and compliance) were called into ridiculous meetings with HR and management over cell phone use. Constantly being told that we talked too much. Management monitored all our Teams conversations. Terrible place to work.
It for me was played back as long as you keep your nose to yourself and just do your job all's good. The less you talk and share the better.

Good work environment but poor culture on cleanliness.
