Yes, we do complete background checks at CFIB. The types of checks completed depend on their relevance to the position the candidate is being considered for. To inquire about the process for a specific position, please call our Toronto office to speak with a member of our recruiting team.

3 weeks
Initial Interview, once passed with targeted and specified focused training for 1 week then out in the field with a coach for a week.

after that ...your on your own!!

Weekly , monthly and quarterly targets are achievable.

Reward new business sales much more than you currently do. It's an incredibly difficult task with relatively little reward.

STOP recruiting based on a false hope that at minimum you'll make $80,000 a year. It's deceptive to put it kindly and is part of the reason that the turnover rate is ridiculous!
