As a global company, Ceridian is a leader in the workforce management industry. At a micro-level, there is room for improvement within the small business space.

I work with an excellent group of individuals; however, the leadership and changes to the corporate culture over the past 6-12 months has changed the dynamic of the role and it is no longer in-line with the core values of the company.

hard role however if someone is good in an inside sales capacity this would be an ideal role. It does require a lot of organizational skills and self-planning in order to be successful.

Cerdian used to be a great place to work about 5 years ago when it was a privately held company. Ever since they became a publicly traded company, it feels the management only cares about numbers and gives constant pressure for more work and give more work to their staff then they can complete. You'll need to work more than 40 hours a week to get those numbers, and even after that, there is no recognition and no motivation to continue staying. Everyday is a grind and you WILL feel burnt out on a daily basis. Never know how bad it was until I left!
