Work from home.
Great community builders. Great training with in. Promotion with in. Had a great team. Best manager ever. It was a fun place to work. I truly enjoyed my job. I was able to work from home after my divorce and my kids were small. Great work life balance.

Fast paced - Ever Changing environment
Ceridian is a great place to work but realistically, depending on the job/Department you're in some jobs are much more demanding on your time than others. While the company boasts work life balance, that is not reality for some Department and those are probably the least recognized Department. Sales is stressful but the recognition is ridiculously high. Implementation is more stressful, and recognition is very low. I understand the Sales culture, but Sales is not all that is important in a subscription-based business and the recognition gap is way too wide.To add to some of the previous comments, it does seem that in the Customer support team the drive to close tickets outweighs the drive to solve problems. There is learning opportunity and lack of knowledge there (and in implementation) which is reflected in some of our customer’s experiences, Ceridian is working to resolve those. The pay is good, vacation policy is outstanding, benefits (Group insurance) are acceptable in Canada The company is growing at such a fast pace that if you're unable or unwilling to go with the flow you won't survive. Management for the most part is excellent, they're obviously trained to provide support and say the right things – however most managers are unable to recognize how some skills and strengths can be leveraged and developed - which makes it very difficult for an employee to understand what their career path might look like. I've had many excellent managers, and a few horrible ones, Unfortunately the ones that were bad had a negative impact on my career - they have since left thankfully. What's difficult in a situation like this at Ceridian is that upper management doesn't seem to notice when middle management is mediocre or subpar and impacting good employees’ careers. You are given the opportunity to speak up and I encourage you to do that.

Efficient workplace that rewards high productivity
Work life balance is great. The unlimited days off is a perk that not many companies offer and as a result the work life balance is very high. Employees are mostly given the freedom to plan their workday. Culture of the organization is good. Everyone''s voice is heard.

Great Place to learn
Good place for entry level after graduating, was promoted twice. After that the company was sold and is primarily controlled by the US parent. They have good staff appreciation events.
