I like the idea of taking traditional meats from around the world and creating an Arab style sub out of them. The quality of work could have been improved in several areas, mainly that of management.

I've learned how to handle difficult situations at work with the help of my colleagues everyone is willing to help anytime I need which creates a really great organization culture for a student when it comes to working part time only difficulty I have is that my job specifications weren't clear enough but I didn't have any problem talking to my manager or my supervisor anytime I need, therefore it wasn't a big issue.
Working as a team to provide food with the highest quality for the customer's satisfaction is the most satisfying thing to see while working. Being on the same page with your fellow employees is vital to make sure the restaurant is running at a smooth pace. Working as the only server/cashier can sometimes be overwhelming.
the owner of Centrale Bergham is great person. He is open minded to his whole employees. He lets them to feel free talking and asking him their concerns. He treats them as his true friends and as a members of his family. He is always between them to solve any problem that emerges between them. He fair person; he does not take advantage of their needy for work. He does not put pressure on them to do everything as he wants rather he lets them to fellow instruction with confidence and full knowledge of it. he respects differences between individuals and their believes.

A typical day at Central Bergham is smiles all around. Everyone from the employees to the manager to the customers tend to be smiling or joking around. Most of the employees and customers are muslim since it is a halaal restaurant so the culture of the restaurant is largely influenced by that. The owner of the restaurant is very down to earth and knows the line very well in between having a laugh and applying discipline. Would honestly recommend working at Centrale Bergham if you are looking for your first job.

I like the environment they have there because everyone is good to each other and very friendly. Centrale bergham have some great prices for what you get. The customers are friendly and its a calm place to work.
Not that much hours
