Non aligned non resume no relevance to resume or experience questions asked by newly hired Client Implementation heads. They show their face in the third round after three weeks of two other interviews and re post roles after rejecting probably more than three candidates that waited for three long weeks to interview with them. That means probably 8-10 were shortlisted for previous rounds and these three good candidates made all the way. Irony - Yet the Manager Rejects them because They don’t like their answers to behavioural questions. The only answer they wanted to hear ??? Trust me final round was a nightmare as interviewing skills and Skype both were synonymously going WRONG and WEIRD
Give I.T. the same kinds of priorities for continuous improvement as are at least talked about for applications development. Improve the pay scale.
