Small company based around one boss/programmer. Job culture is virtually nonexistent (but really good coffee!) Work/life balance is challenging - all employees that pass probation must be available weekends and evenings. There are a lot of evening and weekend calls and appointments. Emergency calls are frequent. There is an emergency support line in addition to the standard support line. High stress levels and very in-depth knowledge required almost immediately for customer support people (and everybody there does customer support at some level). Management level retail experience and/or accounting experience is essential for just about any job position you will encounter at CashierPRO. If you can manage the stress levels and meet the knowledge requirements you'll find management is generous and flexible.
