Unreasonable expectations from District Managers. No breaks and on call 24/7. High turnover and very stressful environment. The pay is laughable.
Being locked in knowing you cannot leave until after your shift ends.
Month ends can be quite busy
The upper management communications sometimes lack.
The most stressful part is being pressured to perform additional tasks that are ethically wrong and feeling bullied by my regional manager to be available 24/7 all while being grossly underpaid.
