Been working for CaseMogul for almost a year and have grown more as a technician than ever I my 5 year career. The management and owner of the company are very involved, recognize individual strengths and will go the extra mile to make sure you are successful and happy. Mobile repair is a challenging industry no doubt and can be stressful at times. But thanks to great management the result is staff that are pleasant and fun to work with making CaseMogul one of those workplaces where a work day seems to go by quickly.

Not much to say here, mobile phone and retail industry can be a challenge

Management is terrible. You’ll get yelled at by the owner and his mom if you do something wrong. You can go above and beyond working for them, but not have your work be acknowledged. They’ll even talk behind your back.

Store Manager (Ancien employé) –  Calgary, AB25 janvier 2019
I worked here for my first job. If you work hard, it won’t go unnoticed. I was given the opportunity to learn various different skills through multiple promotions within the company during my time there. I started as a Sales Associate where I learnt the basics of customer service, sales and phone repair skills. Then went on to being an inventory specialist which helped me become better at time management and planning. From there I was promoted to a store manager. The team at CaseMogul truly want to see you succeed so long as you have the drive to match it.
