I would certainly take care of your employees!! Show them appreciation and recognition!! Appreciation goes a long way!! The staff in the stores work very hard to bring in numbers! Tell DM to show appreciation!!

Make cleaning stores a priority, send companies in to clean the floors and vents and the high shelves that can't be dusted by staff. The amount of time in a shift I've spent with a pen chipping ice salt off the corroded floor that's lifting is gross. The stores are too big for the closing staff to mop and sweep and it's too much work for minimum wage on top of the retail responsibilities and closing responsibilities.
