This is a great place to learn and grow. I never felt isolate from rest of the staff even in the beginning. Management also very co-operative. but you do not see your contribution in the company's growth.

Good place to learn trade .
If you get in to bonus they will cheat you. They are operating this shops with massive over head. Most off owners are not technically people with makes job dificult to du.

if you are new, you will start off detailing vehicles, and can slowly move up
Talking from my experience is not the best place to work as appraiser, probably if you are a body man, a painter or mechanic will be different, but appraisers are like the pawns in that organization where the owner of the franchise will be always the king and his/her family the high end "executives" and well paid "employees"If something fail is everything on the appraiser shoulders, then there is no real satisfaction working there, long working hours, not respected breaks, an no respect.I did learn which kind of companies I will not work again for
