Carrier Centers' interview process includes an initial screening interview, typically completed over the phone. If this screening interview is successful the applicant will be contact for an interview with the hiring manager which takes place at the specific branch the applicant has applied for.

Summed into one word. Bad. Attitude and work ethic comes from the top and leads by example but this place is completely dysfunctional. Some great hard working people are stuck working next to upper managements kids who got handed jobs they have no qualifications for. But if you're friends with the right people you can get away with doing next to nothing while good people who work hard get held back and not appreciated. The stress here is brutal, and not because the job is that difficult but because it's the environment they create and cause with constant staffing issues and running the place so poorly. If you have other job opportunities do not pass them up to work here. Restaffed my whole department almost 3 times in just a few years, upper management and ownership doesnt have a clue. They let staffing issues and lack of things needed for success to just drag on and on. They hire department managers who have 0 experience in the departments they run at times creating even more stress. Ownership has 0 involvement on a personal or professional level with front line employees and seems to not be in touch at all with the issues plaguing the company or else just doesnt care.

An employees hours of work will be dependent on their position and their location. We have various employees working straight days, straight afternoons, or a rotation between days and afternoon shifts.
