Only one sided, management side..They do not care about the Patients and what patients want or need..

Depending on where you live (rural or urban) and whether there is access to public transportation, having a vehicle can be of benefit. Many of our employees have a personal vehicle but others may rely on public transportation to get from one patient to another. CarePartners does not permit employees to be driven to patient locations by a friend or family member due to patient confidentiality.

For many positions within the organization such as front line (PSW, Nursing), wages are dependent upon grid levels or collective agreements that are in place at the time of hire. Increases in wages also vary with each position.

All employees are required to provide a clear back ground check prior to commencing employment. All employees who provide care to patients in their home must also provide a clear vulnerable sector screen. The back check process is conducted online by CarePartners whereas the vulnerable sector screen must be obtained by your local police department.

Working hours vary based on the position you hold within the organization. For example, patients may require daily visits, weekly visits, 24 hour care (i.e. 8-12 hour shifts) etc. Patient visits will be assigned based on the availability you provide at the time of hire as well as geographical location. Each program (i.e. personal support program, nursing program, e-Shift program) has different needs. During the interview process, we encourage you to ask any questions you may have related to working hours.
