Home care
It's ok, but not sure Im going to stay.. Pleased with management and some of the clients can be kind..There's always help available for employees. It's ok have only had a couple of bad experiences so far... They are in need of hiring more people.. Schedules can be pretty heavy... But other then it's ok...

Monotonous dead end
Pick another starter job because the pay is equivalent to working at a greenhouse, Starbucks but without the high school drama that includes team schedulers and the nurse managers. Nurse managers cause issues not resolve -are manipulative, incompetent in people management, getting paid well yet ignore, or misrepresent situations-not trustworthy. Completely indifferent to workload needs of RPNs and demeaning to office staff. Cliques, gossip, storytelling, favouritism. Training is unstructured, no written procedures to follow, no policy manuals for reference. Zero staff development opportunities. Work is highly repetitive and coworkers help their ‘buddies’ rather than work as a team. Takes over a year of full time hours+ to gain very small increase. 12 hour weekend shifts. Main site in Tillsonburg location has poor reputation, catty office, nurse managers are sour and over their heads for their age to properly manage staff. Covid accommodations for staff to work remotely NOT agreed to and for staff that took available leave, were mocked. Computer system a daily issue that management and IT department did nothing to improve.- delayed work but judged on your work performance. Some positions, can’t leave your desk for more than 20 minutes because of timed work.

stressful
Hours are not given no manners workers are being Voiceless , Management does not care how the workers deal with other company workers and they are not important After being hired. Hour are given seniority based and they pick on you when you ask questions that are not clear for you. Because of this you don’t get ours just stayed home all the time waiting for hours. Speaking to the managers is just like speaking to the wall! All employee are stressed of the work load given to them within insufficient hours. In specific it is toxic environment to work! I cursed the day that I applied for this job.

Stay away
Management calls other workers and talks behind your back. Management never responds to you but we are expected to drop our home life and do what they ask. Poor pay. Hours are given to people the office staff likes so therefore you will never recieve benefits. I have to ask co workers for guidance because Management does not respond to emails or phone calls. There is no confidentiality in this company everyone knows your business. They are caddy people strongly suggest you STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful.
If I could go back in time and not work there I would. The management is downright awful. The lack of communication is terrible. They pay pennies with no benefits for hard work. If you don’t own a vehicle, don’t bother applying. If you refuse to do work that you haven’t been trained on fully, you’ll be the one to get in trouble. Just don’t bother.
