I would treat them like professionals who have knowledge and experience. They are very fortunate that we stay here when we are so often disrespected. Decisions get made without frontline staff being consulted. And these decisions affect our day to day work and client care. They then cause undue stress for us. The answer: just work collaboratively with us. Ask us how we do our work and what we need to do our work. Support us and ask us what we think is best rather than telling us what you (as management) think is best.

My advice would be to speak to your staff and ask what they think will improve the company. You cant pretend that the company is functioning well as it is. As much as you might want to. If so many people are this unhappy, the issues are worth listening to
