Majority of the frontline agent managers are complacent, beyond their social skills, their competency for escalations, handling calls, providing insights is grossly lacking. All but one of the Frontline Manager cannot show a progressive chronology of their career journey to being Managers. This arouses doubts as to their credibility on the job
