Complacent attitude of the management and employees

- Everyone just earns of the already established clientele
- No one is really taking any effort in bringing in new business
- Employees are under paid than market standard
- Management brought in a hunting team without a plan or clear policies
- Strategies are not thought through
- Lack of internal support
- Lot of red tape
- Very very high employee turnover

2 managers were overheard saying to each other that they can pay the candidate peanuts and he'll still work because he is new to the country and has bills to be paid.

A great multinational with poor work ethics

Management does not care about mentoring the employees , but do like to micro manage you. Senior Managers watches people behind their back. Though small teams, there is an air of mistrust and unhealthy competition among employees. Seniors in the team do not mentor and advise but will throw you under the bus when ever they get a chance.Very difficult to take vacations.

Fantastic senior management. Few immediate managers who were newly promoted from technicians were not trained or fully capable to manage. The micro management created a tense relationship between certain employees and those managers. Otherwise , this is a fantastic place to work

Too big of a company and they don't care how hard you work nor do the managers have respect and treat you like a child

Credit manager with no heart and will toss you out and treat you like a child. Worst experience ever. High turnaround of staff with many bad reasons as to why. Not sure how they stay in business and keep clients.

As the Sales Administrator I had accountable for controlling all internal and external documentation pertinent to Sales in order to maximize revenue and ensure that the equipment shipments and billing are accurately and efficiently processed within the scheduled time frames. It was too much job with minimum range of salary,too much pressure on unfriendly environment and your supervisor always put the finger on you and make you uncomfortable.how ever it was not good experience and Never want to back over there even they offer the good job to me!

was working in IT for almost 9 years. Be honest, it was an easy job in a friendly team with manaers and directors not so demanding ( compared with those I met in last 5 years ). Though one thing to keep in mind is employee espcially young guys, need to think about if they can earn enough wealth to retire :-)

Constant training and retraining as equipment and configurations are added to the portfolio.
Minimal interaction with office and management. Constant interaction with customers and clients.
24hrs on call was the most difficult part of the job.

Canon is a great company however, the photocopier sales division is severely out of touch with the market. They push hard on over priced machines sold from Canon but allow their own dealers to undercut them. They then turn to the sales person and say, "Why can't you sell this?".
Their outdated sales portal looks like something out of 1998; and is not effective at achieving sales goals.
Associates are drastically under paid, asked to drive long distances, and are often left paying out of pocket just to accomplish the goals.
The management seems to be afraid of their senior leadership that is humorously flawed in their approach, and refuses to say anything about it. In 2018, they have 0 online support in marketing their products.
