Companies like this become a training ground for other companies. Pay is merely adequate and below other companies. It’s a nice enough place to work, nice people and so on, but management cares first and foremost about profit and they are unsentimental about axing good employees for the bottom line.
Go ahead and work there. Get some experience then get a better job. Most do.
Over all very good employer! The trainings are great and the events are annually held with great Hospitality. The food is subsidized, Great employee discounts and many many more amenities. The only downsize is the company is a bit Japanese Culture oriented, Example they have a bell at 9 AM, at 12 noon for lunch, at 1 PM to return to work, and at 5 PM at the end of the day
