CWB is having a hard time getting with the times, as evidenced by their attempt to freshen up by removing the serifs from their logo. This was a place where the butts in seats mentality ruled, managers were resistant to change and micromanagement was rampant, HR frequently provided misinformation, and everyone I worked with had anxiety problems.
