Worked nights for first nine years, unsupervised for the most part. As long as you did your work, you were left alone, which was appreciated. Nights got eliminated, and suddenly your work is somewhat compromised as you have to deal with customers and much more traffic in-store. Got used to it, though. Management understood we were not the salespeople and were not required to be such, although we helped in locating items for people, which was fine. Got most days off when requested, the pay was not great, hours were cut regularly, the people were decent.
Lower pay, hours cut at times
