Unfortunately the right staff isn’t noticed and the wrong staff doesn’t want you to notice them , I set sales records and wasn’t rewarded for it , CTc will never see those increases again because they won’t give the right people the right money

To promote managers and office staff to treat co workers with respect. And when a co worker has an issue or complaint to take it seriously and do something about it. To remove bullying by management and some of those who think they're management.

Fix the return policy, too many people use canadian tire as a rental store, buying tools and equipment for a single job, just to be returned a week later. I suggest anything sold with a warranty should have to be handled by the manufacturer or not be returnable period

Make the stores accessible to all employees. If you have a lunch room and office upstairs you need both an elevator and stairs. You brag accessibility but not for employees.

Scrap the 'deliver to home' ambition, competing with Amazon is just another expense to pay for, also the employees who are involved also have in store responsibilities this system continuously gets pulled away from, leaving other tasks incomplete or left for someone else to finish
