Avis d'employé sur Croix Rouge Canadienne
Once you’re on the main floor with the core. It’s good. Above and beyond that they’re clueless and prefer to use derogatory language instead of using constructive criticism. If you’re looking to pay your bills...sure, for sure not a place to be long term. They posses an excessive high turnover rate.

Work from home
The most stressful job I’ve ever had because of the HR department alone. Impossible to get a hold of, had me in the system under the wrong name, messed up pay periods, miscommunication at every turn, zero accountability in email threads where no one bothers to sign off with human names. The irony is they just want boots on the ground and only hire the bare minimum of staff to support those in the field; they’re a humanitarian organization that doesn’t actually care about their own workers. The workers responsible for trauma relief itself. Just make a donation and save your sanity.
Working to better humanity
My job was to teach first aid and train life guards. I had to maintain current qualifications which meant training as a group underneath a leader. The job itself is independent, creating scenarios, presenting information, evaluating trainees, etc. I enjoyed the freedom of my courses.
