Avis d'employé sur Croix Rouge Canadienne
Alot of challenging interactions with both co-workers and clients
Very busy workplace, very friendly people, and cooperative supervisors. The hardest part of the job is physically challenging; a lot of diverse clients with diverse illnesses

i worked part time for a few months then was asked to work full time. the company cannot keep women so they beg you to take hrs. at one point i was working 60 hrs a week... driving all over the area wher i lived. the operators who book you are really pushy in fact i would say they bully you into doing more hrs. i became super stressed and felt i couldnt say no. theres no protection as a worker..you dont know who or what situation you will walk into. dead people in their homes, nasty people. people smoking pot while you are trapped in their apt...really terrible. almost dangerous. so many women leave the pay hasnt changed in over ten yrs even tho theres a union. dont do it.....
you work alone
theres no support they dont care if u are stressed or scared
Management supervisor is terrible. She will make your job a living he'll. I stuck it out for my clients I really enjoyed working with them. That's the only reason I stayed for so long. I felt for the clients.
Loved my clients
