Donation staff in Saskatoon, SK
Constantly understaffed and overworked, no benefits, the hourly pay is very low and the management is non-existent. It’s very unorganized. So much training and for nothing all the micro managers will tell you how to do your job anyway.

Really bad management, good place to start, you get a proper training. Coworkers are good to deal with and always helpful. Diversity of countries and professions
Medical director in Moncton, NB
Good people. Well-run organization.
No complaints. As medical director I have sufficient input to ensure the plasma donation center is operating the way it should. Donor volume is a priority but this does not interfere in any way with quality assurance. The plasma center is located in a new building. The environment is clean, well organized, and quiet. I am able to interact with staff in every department allowing me to have a good overall sense of the operation. The staff are happy and cooperative. There is a focus on efficiency and genuine effort to be welcoming to donors. Our nursing staff is excellent.

My coworkers are awesome, They are like family and we are a great team
Its fun working at Canadian Plasma resources. I enjoy doing my job everyday. Most of the Donors are routine Donors and it feels like family talking to them.
A great place to learn
There are so many aspects of plasma donation and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Not a day goes by that I don't learn something new. Upper management is very kind, accessible and supportive of hard-working employees. I enjoy the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the work. There is always a new challenge to be solved.
