Great work environment, but not great compensation

Great place to work in terms of people and work culture, but poor compensation leads to high turnover rates. They also expect you to go beyond your role and do lots of extra projects that are never compensated for besides faint praise.

Start off by cleaning & disinfecting Conflict resolution I learnt that management does not really care to hear your concerns Work place culture was good but often worked against each other too Hardest part of job was dealing with infections, OD's, and drug trafficking Most enjoyable part of job was seeing tenants succeed which was very rare due to the enabling factor.
