community mental health organization. Choose another health care organization. Some flexibility in work hours. Lots of travel and not great mileage compensation. High amount of administrative repetitive tasks.
Lots of opportunities for growth - often lateral, but still a great way to learn different populations and programs within CMHA. If you can become permanent the pay and benefits are golden, otherwise the pay is above average, but of course you'll have to put some money aside for sick days, etc.
I would recommend working here to anyone. Excellent group of people who support one another!
