Great place to work in terms of people and work culture, but poor compensation leads to high turnover rates. They also expect you to go beyond your role and do lots of extra projects that are never compensated for besides faint praise.

They overwork you and expect you to go way above and beyond. Since this program is still in its infancy, there is a lot of program development yet to be done. But those who are supposed to be responsible for program development do not take proper responsibility for their tasks and put it on coaches and other staff members.It is quite messy, disorganized, and coaches are made to suffer for it. For minimal pay.It gets hard to want to do a good job when in this exhausting environment. There are a lot of politics and nobody seems happy anymore.Used to be a fun place to work, but now the wrong leaders have come in and I would not recommend it anymore.Workplace culture is pretty bad. There are a few good people who care, but most are burnt out and unfair.

Do not care about the mental health of their staff and the management is terrible. Very disorganized and all over the place. I would not recommend working here.

Great learning opportunity and job experiences in fields such as social services and psychotherapy services. Intensive training and great support from the clinical team.

This is a program that has been around for about 13 years and keeps growing in demand. The hardest part of the job is when we get referrals for participants that the program might not be enough for them because they are dealing with greater issues that the program can't reach. So participants get declined. Other than that, participants get results and support for their mental health issues(depression and/or anxiety).Sometimes we deals with participants with risk to themselves so we assess that part too. The job is rewarding when we see how participants used the tools that the materials provide and take forward. We have a great team and we all share the same enthusiasm to support clients.
