It was a great job. I enjoyed the clients I worked for. Management wasn't around as it's a night job and they worked day shift hours. Some days the pay isn't enough for what you may have to deal with but the job is well worth it even with the bad days.
very regimented at the main office, some managers easier to talk to than others. lacking an understanding of workplace mental health however they are always looking to "do better" and improve themselves. Staff are incredibly hardworking. Workload is demanding at times. Made a lot of great friends working here.

Opportunities to engage in helping others within the community. Personally rewarding position. Front-line staff have strong desire to help others. Management needs to be re-organized.
Personally rewarding, established a personal growth, decent wages
Poor management in certain programs
There are opportunities to advance your skills with many workshops and special speakers brought to quarterly Team days. The client work can be very inspirational when you see progress. The staff are very friendly and act as good resources for each other.
The wages aren't bad but they aren't the best either for the work conducted.
greeting clients and answering phones, electronic mail, retrieving/sending faxes. Photocopying. I learned to be mentally healthy, to try to stay positive. My co-workers were excellent to work with. They made me feel like I was apart of their team even though I was only there temporarily as a placement through Levert Personelle. The most enjoyable part of my job was being in such a happy atmosphere all the time, The hardest part of my job was when my placement finished...I didn't want to leave.
being able to tap into the vast amount of knowledge anytime.
there were none, unless you want to count that it was a temporary placement
