Dont go....you will regret it.
Management does not know how to manage and employees are very lazy and back stab.
The overall experience was awful...was there for a year got laid off twice.

Management are evil SOB’s,
Stole from clients and abused and intimidated employees.

Fantastic company to work for. Great people, benefits & culture. Tenured employees make it like family. It truly is a great place to work if you are looking for a career, not just a job!
fun co workers, early start, very fast paced, heavy lifting. management is very chilled and will answer your questions. everyone is very friendly and will help you no matter what
It was a great experience working for the company. I experienced new things like propane conversions and repairs, responsibility running the shop at times to keep all company vehicles running smoothly all the time
Points positifs
great experience
Points négatifs
none
Bosses were fair with delegation and with commissions. Good training, fair pay, and good benefits. Promotions handed out in fair way, and teachable moments always taken advantage of.
rewarding atmosphere while working with others. Great crew and the opportunity to work independently allows for professional growth within the organization.
Very early start to the day and by the
time i was off it was 7pm most days that makes it almost impossible to have a life outside of work
This company was a great place to work many years ago, many incentives and a management that cared, and had a say as to how to treat their employees. This is no longer the case. The direct managers that run the service department today are under immense pressure and are given totally unrealistic goals and time restraints that are inevitably passed on to the customer service reps. The morale and atmosphere that permeate the working environment due to all of that pressure is unbearable at times. I've witnessed many reasonable people fly of the handle and crack under the stress. It was almost a daily occurrence. There is literally not enough time in the day to complete all of the quotas required. There is just enough time to fulfill the loading/unloading and deliveries for the day, provided you don't take lunch or breaks, which almost no one does. Any complaints or requests for overtime will get you a "leave, if you don't like it here" comment from management. This company has sucked the life out of almost everyone I've worked with over years. Great pay and benefits are not worth the long term physical and mental side effects.
Points positifs
Working on your own
Points négatifs
extremely long days/no overtime
As a Large volume rep you satisfied you customers needs either by solving their issues related to employee uniforms ie shortages, missing garments etc You learned how to solve problems or issues with the help of you manager and your CSR. Your CSR made sure the delivery went well with no delivery problems. The hardest part of the job was if the delivery didnt go well and some employees didnt recieve their garments to wear for the following week.. The most rewarding part was a satisfied customer who had very little or no issues. Working at Canadian Linen was team work where you had support in the plant right down to the delivery of garments to the customer. Canadian Linens plant suppied a back order list weekly which helped in identifing any problems.
Points positifs
seeing a happy customer
Points négatifs
traffic
