Avis d'employé sur Canadian Linen & Uniform Services
Great job overall
The work is physically demanding but relatively straightforward; it’s like getting paid to exercise. You’ll be trained to manage your own route with largely the same customers each week. A typical day on route lasts about 6 to 8 hours plus the time to load and unload your truck. Once you get the hang of the job, time flies pretty quickly. If you keep your route clean and communicate with your customers and your manager, you won’t have any trouble. Plus the job is only four days a week, so you have a guaranteed three-day weekend to look forward to.

Four day work week, great pay and benefits, get a workout while you’re on the job
Repetitive, winters days are sometimes pretty tough
Management doesn't care about its people. Always looking to write someone up and threaten jobs rather than take accountability, train or have a discussion that isn't one sided and your input means nothing. Decent "work friends" but the common bond is venting about how sh!tty this place is. Work/Life balance is non existent because even when you're not there you're venting at home and dreading the next day
Great weight loss program, lift heavy stinky things and sweat for 12hrs.
it was ok but no advancing in this company,it was like working in a high stressfull atomosphere if you can handle it you will do good you must be able to handle alot of critics, and try to please everyone
