Dealing with customers on a day to day basis is a great experience. Strong organization and communication skills is a must. It is a very demanding job that needs prioritization. Every minute counts when a client phones and would like his carnet as fast as possible. The most enjoyable part of this job is having a great staff to help with day to day activities. The office environment is clear, healthy and enjoyable.
