CAS compensation package for the sales team is industry leading and very rewarding. We encourage a positive work place with various activities/events through out the year. Just to highlight: monthly recognition newsletter, birthday monthly event, multiple summer BBQ's, 2 major company events per year, pizza days, etc... In terms of growth over the last 2 years we have built 12 stores and 2 Distribution Centers across the country. We also have a proactive HR department as well as a whistle blower 3rd party service available for those situations that require anonymity.

Just wanted to politely point out that the link for the review site on Indeed is actually shared openly to every new hire once they have completed their probationary period as part of our feedback program.
Also, we do not practice "reviews for bonuses" for our sales associates. That program was done away with at the end of 2017. Then again, nothing prevents us from rewarding our staff when they receive a positive review!
