Communication is an integral part of any successful organization and we are working with our District Managers to encourage positive and constructive dialogue with everyone at the store level. HR roundtable discussions at stores have also been rolled out to foster improved communications.
If there are any missing tools that hinder your success, please communicate with the respective department or your District Manager that can assist you.
The store commission/bonus program has been revamped on objective sales metrics (no longer appearance of stores) to allow everyone to be recognized for their efforts.
