The clinical team and the leadership team at CFPCN are full of people who are passionate about taking care of the health of Calgarians. As with many organizations, there are areas CFPCN can improve upon, but it's as important to look at what they offer: They are innovative and are always looking at new ways to fill gaps in healthcare services in Calgary, they aren't shy of developing new programs, they have a robust evaluation team who looks at the effectiveness of the work we do, and they care about the patients they are serving. Employee benefits are excellent, and continuing education is seen as a priority for clinicians.

A majority of the staff are pleasant enough to work with. However there is no room for advancement or incentives. They also don't provide proper training. Wouldn't recommend working for this company.

Terrible management from the top down

The clinic work was OK but there is no support or avenue available if problems arise. Hr and upper management don't want to know about problems and if they do find out they will turn it around on you, you will be blamed and shuffled out the door. Everyone is so concerned with putting on a face for the public when in reality it is a very poorly run organization. I would not recommend this company to anyone I liked. Not unless they replace staff from the executive director down to the HR and operations managers. Terrible treatment by all.

Making changes in primary care every day!

Positive atmosphere focused on improving primary care, attaching patients to physicians and improving patient care. Team based approach with health team members working with specialists. I am proud to be a part of making primary care better.
