Could be a good place to work or bad depending on the individual. I personally didn’t fit in with the company culture. Not so much a fast paced environment. Training processes for new hires can be better.
CAAT had a great office culture and supported the teamwork between departments in many ways. Also, they have strong systems in place for administrative duties (which was what I worked in) which is helpful because things run professionally and effectively. Good company, room for growth and support.
I gain extensive pension knowledge within a Define Benefit Plan and became a subject matter specialist in Bill 133 - Marriage Breakdown. As a client service representative I also was the go to person for my peers.
