CGI (GTO) division has taken a huge step back in Executive leadership over the last two years. Executives are disconnected from its employees, annual reviews are trivial and at times have nothing to do with your actual performance, its merely seen by management as required paperwork. Employees have now been mandated to work from the office moving from a work from home model contrary to other IT service delivery organzations. Annual staff reductions, are targeted as re-orgs when in fact CGI likes to see a 10% turnover rate and employees in their late 50's seem to be the targets. The work week is 40 hours not 37.5 as per the norm. Work life balance is poor and demands are high. Client abuse is the norm chaulked up to well "they're the client".
