While the employee share purchase program is promoted, they fail to mention that it is offered at 3% match because there is no pension. They also do not offer paid breaks, only your 30 min unpaid lunch. The work days at 8.5 hours instead of the standard 8 hr days, if you miss your lunch you are expected to work for free for .5 hrs. The company doesn't think dental is required so pays none of it, only medical is partially paid by them. Ended up taking a pay cut after the deductions for benefits. It's fine as a for now job, but long term it doesn't make sense to commit to a company that isn't committed to it's employees.
