Flexible, but limited
Flexible work environment with your day-to-day tasks, but limited advancement and mobility. If your customer/department is slow then you are more likely to be let go instead of moved to another area which is busier. There also is not much of an appetite to cross train staff.

Worked at client site thus, little exposure to CGI company culture. However, the company does have wealth of resources that are managing other project and able to recruit those subject matter experts to find solution. Good company and good technical support overall. Unfortunately, if you're working in remote site, and stuck with a manager that doesn't perform their duty, you'll only get to see them once a year during the yearly performance review which can be extremely biased as there was little to no interaction with my manager most of year and they are not aware of the projects and items of accomplishment outside of the operations.

Can get stuck with incompetent manager that are technically inept
Worst experience in 20 years as a PM. People who do the actual work were great. The management were awful and unethical. All they care about is their bonus. Being threatened with if you don't like it leave lasted a year and I took their advice and walked. What ever you do avoid their Suncor account. It's stress from the moment you walk in and you will be used by the management as a scape goat.
It's a job
Stress, awful management. No leadership. Low salary.
