It depends on the nature of your work. An instructor has teaching time and preparation time. The remainder of the staff are able to accomplish their tasks in the scheduled hours.
The work environment is always fresh. There are policies and procedures. The freshness comes from applying the policies and procedures as new students commence.
The hiring process is professional that involves the telephone one on one followed by the conference call and ending with the "face to face".
