There's no training at all. Since day one you have to find things by yourself or follow coworkers instructions but everyone instruct in a different way so that's confusing and frustrating.
Weak management who gets super stressed during big events but most of the times they are the ones who didn't have proper preparation and start yelling employees.
You get discounted 30 min. per shift as part of your meal, even if you bring your own lunch the hotel still takes that money from your paycheck. Also, for times, they just give you 15 mins or no break at all, and you still get discounted.
Work place is super desorganized and managers just keep sending pictures of the mess on the company app and no real action is taken.
Shifts get changed last minute and manager gets angry if you don't follow it.
Also, I've talked to 3 managers about the gratuity split system and they all gave me a different explanation, so nobody knows how it really works.
Owner is extremely rude and aggressive with employees.
