De base je devais gérer que la caisse pis les commandes des clients, mais me suis retrouvée a et effectuer les commandes, et gérer la caisse, et nettoyer les planchers en plains shift, gérer l'accès au toilette par les clients, pis enfin gérer les commandes en ligne et la caisse. 1 seule pause très courte de 30min pour un shift de 7 heures.

Management had favourites

Not terrible, you get the occasional rude customer. Management did not appreciate the work done from employees. it was minimum wage and I was doing the job of 3 people as only 1 person/ overworked and underpaid.

Good learning Experience

I recommend customer service jobs or fast food to any looking for a first time job. I worked at this Burger King early in my teen years and it was definitely a learning experience and growth opportunity. Fast food can be fast pace depending on location helps pass time and learn good time management skills. It also teaches you how to interact with customers and provides unique experiences with every customer you serve. (customer is not always right)

It's okay, but management needs more training.

To be honest, the workplace is okay I didn't really have a problem, until the management changed. I never expect that once new managers come in, some of them have bad attitude when handling with customers and other employees. I honestly suggest that new managers should be trained more because some people go only for the money and not improving the skills that are essential as a manager.Another point, there wouldn't be consistency on the schedule, unless you're the manager's favourite or something like that. If you're trying to change your schedule and you're not the manager's favourite, you will no get accommodation for that. Overall, it's an alright pay, but the management needs big improvement.

Productive and Welcoming Community

I had worked at Burger King for 6 years and worked for 1 year as a manager. I started out my journey at Burger King as a cleaner and climbed my way up so no matter where you start you always will have the opportunity to ascend the ranks. It is a fun environment with an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff.

Ok if you just need a job

It was alright. Managers weren't the best at their job but nice people. Ability to get hours if you want them. Personally I didn't find the customers too bad

Fast-paced and low pay

Could be very stressful at times, poor management, and appalling pay. A bonus is that it isn't boring like some retail/food service jobs can be, but the wages are just ridiculously low.

Typical work day

I come, clock in, work u till my break which is about half my shift, depending on the manager and when you are starting, could be as low as a few hours in, but also you could without a break untill you are close to the end of your shift, it's fairly busy, not something you can't get use to, the managers are okay, alot of people from India, are being hired, or promoted, not very diverse in the work place culture, you have to pretty much be a person from India to have a good time worthing there

Like any other restaurant, work is not that hard but sometimes stressful, and you may work with people that does not want to work , they just wanna get paid for nothing and you will be thrown under the bus , so be aware

Its ok if you need a job

The job is very stressful and you are doing work that isn’t worth it for the amount you get payed. Management is very flip floppy on how they act towards you depending on how well you get along. Overall not a very good environment to work mentally.

Its a lot of work to do

terrible when enough staff are not there in a shift and dealing with cx is a really task being as a manager. Work environment is okay not too bad, but the pay is less can give at least 20/hr.

Can be good if you are part time or a student

I would recommend this job to a student or someone who only works part time. It can be very stressful when they are understaffed, so that depends on the location. I wouldn't suggest it long term, and don't expect it to be a great job. It's ok to get by if you're in school. Hours are pretty good, if you want more and you're a good worker you'll probably get more. One half an hour unpaid break, no paid breaks. Coworkers for the most part were pretty good. 50% discount at your location.

Job was alright

Worked there part time in high school. The training was good, instructed on how to do the tasks, how to make the burgers. The hours were decent for part time work. I didn't like the overnight shifts.
