Love working here. It’s a great place to grow and learn. Management is very approachable and makes working fun. The training program offers lots of helpful tips to use on the job.

Flipping patties all day with "beef" and most of the time it just consists pf having it all be automated, its only good if you're some high school student trying to make a quick buck

Fun times

Low pay, not great hours. Bad management.......fun times! Was a long time ago in a whopper jr. minute. Yeah........wage was minimum. Staff were cool. Wasn't stressful at all. Cooked fries and burgers cleaned . Fast food.

i recommend it completely. i had a blast and management was the best. great place to learn and gain experience. night shift is the best for les stress.

very bossy managers have no clue what's going on shifts all over the place getting in trouble for not showing up to a shift the you don't have

in a normal work day it would be very scattered around people butting into other peoples work I believed I learned to only do what's asked and nothing more for people that don't treat you. right wasn't the hardest job was pretty easy other then people getting in your way only nice part about the job is if you know a cuppa people that work there

unpaid brakes getting denied brakes, getting in troble if you ask for a brake every other shift, was only able to take 1 about every 2 weeks, even if it was a 8 hour shift i wasnt allowed on brakes

Messy

Burger King was ok. Fun co workers. Management wasn't very attentive. Not supportive when you need something. This is an ok job for a student. Good luck

Overall Good

Overall good place to work, you will learn how to work in a fast paced enviroment, usually good people, fair bit of work if you are a closer but a routine is easily made.

Average workplace

Like any other restaurant, work is not that hard but sometimes stressful, and you may work with people that does not want to work , they just wanna get paid for nothing and you will be thrown under the bus , so be aware

Can be good if you are part time or a student

I would recommend this job to a student or someone who only works part time. It can be very stressful when they are understaffed, so that depends on the location. I wouldn't suggest it long term, and don't expect it to be a great job. It's ok to get by if you're in school. Hours are pretty good, if you want more and you're a good worker you'll probably get more. One half an hour unpaid break, no paid breaks. Coworkers for the most part were pretty good. 50% discount at your location.

Slow paced

Eh it’s alright but tbh it’s not it, it’s slow on my opinion and the pay is of course minimum wage but perfect for people looking to start working for sure.

typical fast food experience

minimum wage, but got free meals, worked closing shift and cleaning all the grills, etc was hard work; the owner (in 1977) didn't pay for training day

Ok environment with poor management

I wouldn't recommend any one to go there. They will assign random shifts to people, and if they find out that you can take some shifts that are harder than usual(like early morning shifts that requires you to do loading), they will repetitvely assign that shift to you, and no you don't get paid more than other shifts.

Toxic environment.

Managers and shift leaders have a lot of favouritism, they do not care about their employees and they talk behind their backs. Extremely unprofessional. Wages are low, managers make you work like a dog, does not matter if you have seniority or what.

Terrible management and they discriminated against me because I have tattoos on my face, I never got paid enough or received a pay stub

Never got trained or anything, the management sucks and supervisors reheat the food under the heat lamps far longer then they should and they throw out way to many products as well as never. Having anyone that really has any idea what they’re doing and everybody gets mad when you ask them question

Fun workplace and co workers

i learned many thing with and without others help. Many co-workers were helpful, king and supportive. Some managers were not on the other hand. A typical day was decent beside the odd rude customer. The workplace culture was very diverse and accepting. The hardest part of the job was dealing with customers were you know you know are in the the right but you need to handle the situation the correct way. The most enjoyable part was making the food and laughing with your co-workers.

Just expect more and more and no appreciation

Waste of time. Management is rude head office is worse. No benefits at all. Demanding customers. Many shifts I worked were 9 hours and I got no break.

A good place to gain experience

Like most jobs, this one was quite stressful. However, the management was poor, the building itself was run-down, and in general, this job just isn't good long-term. It's a great place to be temporarily to gain customer service experience.

Horrible scheduling management and some rude employees horrible on job training , raised voices constantly and plays favoritism. Expects you to come into work and check your schedule everyday

Good place to work There is no pressure on employee while working. The shift usually comes with 8 hour. Even though they give basic salary the place seems to be good in terms of working environment.
