My reasons for leaving were unstable management, a constant shuffle of store managers. The bosses were switched several times while I was there, making it very hard to progress.
Stopping being mean to workers
I would suggest them to be more of a people person and interact with their employees more.
Be more understanding to the problems and have more staff
